Hey, is there anything more satisfying than regular bowel movements!? Ok – don’t answer that. So we take in food, absorb and discard waste. Some of us that is. Taking extra fibre, or eating lots of fruit and veg, creates a fuller stool, pressure on the walls of the large intestine (colon) and that speeds up transit time – getting the rubbish out the back door faster. Low fibre levels are implicated in bowel cancer – so fibre really matters. It is health 101 – and gut health 101 – long before the probiotics and all the trendy who-ha.

So keep Multi Fibre caps near your water supply or kettle and very simply learn to take 1 -2 capsules on days when your diet is more refined and lacking in veggies. So take on those steak, bread and biscuit days – or if your last bowel movement was skinny, smelly, slow or looked like bokdrolletjies. Do a week course of Multi Fibre as fibre rehabilitation and then eat more fruit and veg ongoing. Observe and monitor your own bowel movements and see the difference.

Health stores of the 70’s sold Birkenstocks, fibre and dried fruit and nuts. Fibre should be a daily aid in every household. Take fibre caps at least 1 hour away from medication or iron supplements or anti-biotics. Formulated without

Gluten, egg, dairy, soy, wheat, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or artificial colours.

Can be taken over 7 days or 1 month. For best results take in conjunction with Multi Cleanse. 

7 day quick cleanse: Adults: Take 4 capsules 3 times daily with water before food until finished, or as professionally advised. 

1 month maintenance cleanse: Adults: Take 3 capsules in the morning with water before food, or as professionally advised. Capsules can be opened and added to food.

Ensure adequate fluid intake when taking fibre supplements – 1 to 2 litres per day.
